Senior Process Executive - Mortgage

Role And Responsibilities
Suitable candidate would be working on projects assigned and perform activities that includes Data Keying, data Review, Data Auditing, Document review for Completeness and Correctness based on process guidelines

•Review preliminary documents to determine project review type.
•Key / review / modify of around 100-150 fields on client Platform/system. Associate will have to pull up various mortgage documents from clients imaging system to find required information to be entered
•Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
•Identify the right source of information from specific mortgage websites to gather the correct information
•Check email and ensure timely follow up for necessary process documents – internally & externally.
•Focus on accuracy/eye for details
•Identify issue trends and report it to the Subject Matter Experts and Front-line Managers
•Report performance to the management daily
•Interact with team members and management on process and ideas for improvements
•Assist Team lead with compiling daily reports
•Train new joiners and act as SME, if needed
•Develop documents and FAQs for process, if needed
•Responsible for additional assignments as management deems necessary for the department
•Be a great teammate, work with your peers to help your team perform better!
•Capable to make calls to USA mortgage companies/ agencies / county office, per process requirement.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Graduate (Arts, BCom, BBM/BBA), Keying skills, Document review skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT

Preferred Skills

2-3 years of experience in BPO, Mortgage experience is Mandatory, Good verbal and written skills, Fast Learner.

Additional Notes

Evening / night shift working, should be able to work on multiple projects at the same time, should have basic operational knowledge.
