Job Description

Role And Responsibilities
Suitable candidate would perform the role of a business analyst and a process specialist who would have regular interactions with the client, business owners, development teams and delivery teams in establishing workflow, process and process controls.

• Work closely with Process and Product managers in defining the workflow solutions for clients
• Design, develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents across multiple products of the client.
• Gather use cases and user experience details from different user groups and work towards enhancing the overall experience of the product
• Review the Business process and develop enhancement through process changes, technology enhancements.
• Implementation of mistake proofing techniques at the time of workflow development and project design to ensure First Time Right.
• Develop test cases for UAT and perform testing on the workflows and products
• Design and generate timely reports to measure the effectiveness of enhancements and process changes
• Develop business case, product roadmaps for all products
• Maintain product backlog and prioritize based on the stakeholders requirements.
• Key focus on Automation first and RPA, Lean project implementation
• Stakeholders communication management with progress of the project and implement alerts for deviations.

o   Lead, guide, and coach the NPS team with the concepts of Project Management and standard Organizational practices followed by the NPS team
o   Define the standards for operations for NPS
o   Monitor and measure the performance of the NPS members
o   Participate in strategic meetings and contribute towards building the futuristic plan and roadmap for the products.
o   Identify new opportunities for MSD and work with Sales and Management team in establishing the new client and the project.

Qualifications And Education Requirements
Graduate, (Computer Science Background preferred), US Mortgage 3-5 years of experience,

• Methodical and creative thinking capabilities
• Developing flowcharts and Business requirement documents
• Knowledge of operational metrics

Additional Notes
Evening / night shift working, should be able to work on multiple projects at the same time, should have sound operational knowledge and performance metrics
